We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support a small 3 bed EBD home in North London. The service has a clear structure, supportive senior leadership, and a strong focus on creating consistency for both staff and young people.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader, Senior RSW or existing Deputy Manager who wants to progress within a provider where leadership teams are visible, involved, and invested in long term success rather than constant firefighting.

What we are looking for
 
An experienced residential childcare professional with strong safeguarding knowledge, confidence leading shifts, and experience supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Level 3 Residential Childcare is essential.
Level 5 Leadership and Management is desirable.
