Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home

Salary: £50,000 to £62,000

 
This Registered Manager role in Norbury is ideal for someone who wants to lead an established children’s residential home and build on strong foundations.

The role
 
As a Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for an established solo or 2 bed children’s residential home in Croydon.

• Lead and manage a children’s residential home delivering high quality care
• Maintain and improve Ofsted standards, working towards Outstanding
• Develop and support your team to deliver consistent care
• Embed trauma informed and therapeutic approaches
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders

Who this Registered Manager role is for

• An experienced Registered Manager in children’s residential care
• Or a Deputy Manager ready to step into a Registered Manager role
• Someone with experience working in EBD settings
• A leader who understands Ofsted requirements and compliance
• Someone focused on stability, consistency, and long term outcomes

Requirements

• Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Experience within a children’s residential home
• Proven understanding of Ofsted regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
