Senior Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £30,160 to £32,656 + sleep ins (£7,200 per year)
Hours: Full-Time | Permanent

What we need from you
- 2 years’ experience in an Ofsted-regulated children’s residential home (essential)
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Level 5 desirable or willingness to complete
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and care regulations
• Confident shift leader able to manage staffing issues and young people’s behaviours
• Ability to supervise staff and support their development
• Experience completing management tasks set by the Registered Manager
• Ability to carry out staff inductions
• Willingness to act as a designated lead for the Registered Manager
• Supportive, resilient leadership style
• Genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people
