We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join an established children’s residential service in Peterborough supporting young people with complex needs.

This is an opportunity to join a provider with long standing sector experience, a stable structure, and a strong focus on delivering high quality care and positive outcomes for young people.

The role would suit an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader or current Deputy Manager ready to progress within a well supported environment.

• Full time permanent role
• 3 shifts per week for full time hours

What we are looking for

An experienced residential childcare professional with strong safeguarding knowledge, confidence leading shifts, and experience supporting young people with complex needs within a residential setting.

Level 3 Residential Childcare is essential.
A full UK driving licence is strongly preferred.
